Jennifer Kachnic owns Canine Wellness, LLC in Colorado, providing natural and alternative wellness therapies for senior dogs. She is certified as a Canine Massage Therapist, Animal Reiki Practitioner and Therapy Dog Handler. She is a teacher of animal health and wellness at a local university. Jennifer raises and trains dogs for Canine Companions for Independence and volunteers regularly at the local hospice. She has end-of-life training and experience and often provides decision-making assistance to dog caretakers. She is an Advisory Board member for the Grey Muzzle Organization and a member of the International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork. Jennifer has published numerous canine wellness articles for national canine and pet magazines.
