De los animales creemos saberlo todo: manejo, domesticación, instinto y evolución entre el ser humano. Sin embargo, cada vez que interactuamos con ellos, nace un nuevo desafío. Pareciera entonces que no sabemos todo sobre estos compañeros de vida. Este radio show busca darle respuesta a los interrogantes más comunes de quienes están entre animales.

We think we know everything about animals: handling, domestication, instinct and evolution among humans. However, everytime we interact with them, a new challenge is born. It seem then that we do not know everything about these life partners. This radio show seeks to answer the most common questions of those who are among animals.

Episode 14 - How To Start a Pet Business

The pet market in the United States is quite large and continues to grow.
According to the American Pet Products Association (APPA), Americans spent over $103.6 billion on their pets in 2020, up from $97.1 billion in 2019. This includes spending on pet food, supplies, veterinary care, grooming, and other pet services.
Additionally, the APPA reports that approximately 70% of U.S. households own a pet, which translates to around 85 million families. Dogs and cats are the most commonly owned pets, but there are also many other types of pets, such as birds, fish, reptiles, and small mammals, that make up a significant portion of the pet market.
